Computer Sleeve CAD
Personal Project — July 2020
My sister's internship group needed someone to produce CAD models of the product they were designing. I took up the challenge and modelled their product, which was a computer-sleeve/battery-pack hybrid. I modelled the parts in SolidWorks, and I received credit for the models and renders in the group's product presentation.

I coordinated with my sister to get an idea of the product and to establish the dimensions, requirements, and the desired outcome. I then went about modelling the product, keeping in communication and ensuring that the product was meeting the necessary standards. I finalized the model by implementing a functional coloring system as well as producing a couple real-world renders of the product. Each color in the functional coloring system represents a different functional aspect of the product. A snapshot of this system is pictured below.
